All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours during business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped.

The times indicated are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to become active after the order has been processed.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. The choice of carrier may be offered at checkout depending on the available options.

Lost or Damaged Packages

The Larp Factory is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us as well as the carrier to file a claim.

However, you can report to the transporter and most of time get a refund from them.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
